• Return Period: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Non-Returnable Items: Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of some Advent Calendars, certain products may not be eligible for return.

• Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@finepicks.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
